At MPWRSource, we dream big.  We dream of a Richmond, VA metro area that has a thriving small business community.  We dream of being THE resource for small business owners.  We love helping the little guy, the underdog, the dreamer, the geek, the overlooked.  Where big brand marketing firms may pass by opportunities to work with small businesses, we leap at the chance.

We have lofty goals: we want to serve our clients and our communities well.  We value hard work, strategy, relationships, authenticity, and growth mindsets.  We place connection and communication high on our list of priorities.  We believe that small businesses are the heart of the U.S economy and seek to provide a holistic approach to meeting the needs of the small business owner. We desire to be trusted aides within the B2B start up, and local government target markets in the areas of strategy, business processes and operations, marketing, communications, compliance, and IT.

While we offer some of the standard bread and butter services of your typical marketing firm: branding, strategy, video, graphic design, social media management, and content development, what we truly strive to offer is a teamwork approach that invites the client into the MPWRSource Squad Lair.  We like to start from the ground floor and build a stable foundation upon which growth is guaranteed. Our methodology of putting strategy, plans and people before processes and tech is the origin of our power. Our most developed superpower is listening…active listening:   to both our clients and their target markets. And because all power comes with responsibility, we seek to wield our powers for the sake of good business, defeating the foes of stress and angst for all small business owners, CEOs, and partners in River City.
